Holly Hammer, who is part of our Forward Together Steering Committee, is hosting a yoga class with all proceeds to benefit Forward Together, Healing Transitions’ newest Capital Campaign.
This class will be beginner-friendly and open to anyone ages 12+. It will be pay-what-you-can, with a suggested donation of $50.00. There will be a limited quantity of yoga mats available for the class, so if you have your own, please bring it!
Join us for our 9th Annual Oakwood24 Run/Walk benefiting Healing Transitions at Lakeside Retreats! Come on out to be with Our Village, take a few laps, or commit to run for the full 24 hours. No matter how you’d like to participate, we want you there!
This event is free to anyone who wishes to attend Oakwood24 and run, walk, bike, or fellowship to support Healing Transitions. If you are interested in running competitively in the 1, 3, 6, 12, or 24-hour run, please sign up below!
Every third Thursday of the month marks the celebration of our participants who graduate from the program! Witness the power of recovery as we honor our newest Silver Chip Alumni and look forward to the joy awaiting them. RSVP encouraged.
