Michelle Gilliam

Board of Directors

Michelle G. Gilliam is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and former Executive Audit Director of Credit Suisse/UBS, where she led integrated strategic change and regulatory compliance programs. She also served as the NC Philanthropy Site Lead, Board Chair for Eastern Carolina March of Dimes, Junior Achievement Grant Writer and continues to be an active Rotary Member. With over 10 years in global financial services and non-profit advisory leadership, Michelle has worked to strengthen non-profit organizations’ offerings and improve access to long-term, community-based support systems.

On the Healing Transitions Board, Michelle offers expertise in cross-sector collaboration to continually improve processes that achieve the company’s goals.

Michelle notes that it is an honor to be a member of the Healing Transitions Board because she “believes that recovery is not just possible — it’s powerful.” She is “energized and inspired” by Healing Transitions’ approach to meet people where they are and walk with them every step of the way.
