Emma Doss
Director of Development
Director of Development
Emma joined Healing Transitions in April 2025 as the Director of Development. In this role, she works to inspire generosity and show donors the incredible impact they can make right here in Wake County. Emma previously worked with individuals and families experiencing homelessness at CASA, and helped to launch King’s Ridge, a housing initiative aimed at reducing Wake County homelessness by more than 10%. At King’s Ridge she saw firsthand the lifechanging and healing power of human connection and support networks. She also witnessed a move-in day for silver-chippers coming from Healing Transitions and was inspired by their stories. She believes our community’s most vulnerable residents are also our most resilient. Emma is passionate about social justice issues and is beyond proud to contribute to Healing Transitions’ recovery mission. Emma is always up for a cup of coffee and good conversation.
