Jim Foster serves as Senior Vice President and Commercial Bank Area Manager at Pinnacle Financial Partners in Raleigh, NC. Jim has over 32 years of commercial banking experience and enjoys partnering with clients so they can achieve their financial goals. Jim is from Goldsboro, NC and graduated from Appalachian State University and from Wachovia Bank’s Corporate School of Banking. Jim has worked and lived in numerous North Carolina cities to include Kinston, Greenville, High Point, Asheboro, Asheville, and Raleigh. In each of these cities, Jim has been very active in the community and has enjoyed serving on various non-profit boards in leadership roles.

During his free time, Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, spending time at the beach, boating
and being with his wife and three grown children. Jim is proud to serve on the Healing Transitions Board and appreciates the great work the staff provides, and the resources Healing Transitions offers to so many in Raleigh and the surrounding areas.
