Josh Diver is a lawyer with Smith Anderson in Raleigh, practicing start-up, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and securities law, helping entrepreneurs and investors form business entities, raise capital, buy and sell companies, and navigate sensitive governance and technology issues.

 

Before moving to Raleigh in 2014, Josh practiced with an international law firm in Boston. Josh attended college at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and studied law at the University of North Carolina School of Law. In his free time, Josh loves running, cycling and climbing mountains and is a dedicated yoga student and a registered yoga teacher.
