OPEN STAFF POSITIONS

Peer Support Specialist – Women’s Campus | Full-Time

The Peer Support Specialist at the Women’s Campus is dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to participants in our long-term treatment program. This position emphasizes collaboration with the Family Systems Department to assist with family reunification and strengthen family relationships. Additionally, the Peer Support Specialist will support participants engaged in the MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorder) program. Drawing on lived experience, they will foster hope, promote recovery, and provide guidance through both individual and group support.

The Peer Support Specialist at the Men’s Campus is dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to participants in our long-term treatment program. Security Solutions Consultant

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and community, we are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to evaluate and propose comprehensive security solutions for both our men’s and women’s campuses. The goal is to enhance our existing security infrastructure, providing a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff while respecting the dignity and privacy of those in recovery.

OUR EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Paid time off begins to accrue at date of hire at an accrual rate of 5.540 hours per pay period
  • Paid Holidays – 11 per year, including one floating holiday. Full-time employees receive double time for hours worked on paid holidays. Part-time employees receive time and a half for hours worked on holidays
