OPEN STAFF POSITIONS
Annual Fund Manager | Full-Time
The Annual Fund Manager will manage all activities related to fund development and annual giving in conjunction with all fundraising activities of the Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers. The major objective of the job is to develop and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy that achieves department goals and all fundraising activities and programs in accordance with the mission, purpose, philosophy and values of Healing Transitions.
Street Outreach and Housing Specialist | Full-Time
The Street Outreach and Housing Specialist will engage with unsheltered populations, providing case management and outreach services. They will assist clients experiencing homelessness by connecting them to services, securing housing, and supporting them with necessary documentation. This position will collaborate with housing providers, peer support specialists, and other agencies, facilitating the placement of clients into temporary and permanent housing. This role also includes conducting street outreach, weekly follow-ups, and documenting all interactions.

Security Solutions Consultant
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and community, we are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to evaluate and propose comprehensive security solutions for both our men’s and women’s campuses. The goal is to enhance our existing security infrastructure, providing a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff while respecting the dignity and privacy of those in recovery.

- Paid Time Off (PTO) – Paid time off begins to accrue at date of hire at an accrual rate of 5.540 hours per pay period
- Paid Holidays – 11 per year, including one floating holiday. Full-time employees receive double time for hours worked on paid holidays. Part-time employees receive time and a half for hours worked on holidays
